What this website does – and what it doesn’t
- The website uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- It does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
- No cookies are set on the home page. Only the “Get your free preview” form sets a technically necessary session cookie to protect against abuse. It is deleted when you close the browser.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). When you visit, the server stores technically necessary data such as IP address, time and the page requested (server logs) to ensure operation and security.
Contact by email
If you write to me, I use your details only to answer your enquiry.
Questionnaire for the free preview
If you fill in the questionnaire, I store your details: name, email address, optionally a phone number, details about your house (name, place, type, number of rooms, links, description, prices, operating details) as well as your wishes and the time of your consent.
I use the details only to create your preview and to get in touch with you. The details are stored in a database on the server at Infomaniak. You receive a confirmation by email, and I receive a copy of your details by email. No data is passed on to third parties.
To protect against abuse, I store an encrypted identifier of your IP address (hash), not the IP address itself.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and request deletion of your data.
Your rights
You can request information about the personal data I hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do so, write to the email address above.
