Hynek Mastalir

Hello, I’m Hynek.

I build websites from the Czech Republic for small guesthouses and B&Bs in Switzerland. The big houses have had a good website for a long time. The small ones often lack one. I’m changing that.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

There is no setup fee and no base fee. You pay 5 % on stays that result from enquiries made through your website.

What happens if no enquiry comes in?

Then you pay nothing.

How quickly is the preview ready?

Usually within 1–2 working days after I have your details.

What do you need from me?

A few details about your house, photos and your contact details. The short questionnaire asks for everything important.

Can I keep using Booking?

Yes. The website doesn’t replace Booking, it adds a direct way to reach you.

Who owns the domain and the content?

Your texts and photos remain yours. We agree on the domain arrangement in writing before the start.

How is the 5 % billed?

You tell me which stays resulted from enquiries via the website. I then invoice you 5 % on those.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. We set out the exact terms in writing before the start.

Which languages are available? Are there payments on the website?

German, English, French and Italian. There are no payments on the website: guests send a non-binding enquiry, and you settle the rest directly with them.

What happens to my answers from the questionnaire?

I only use them to create your preview and to contact you. Details are in the privacy policy.
